TWO POSTS. A BALL. YOUR PEOPLE.

Football is the easy part.
Finding a spot should be, too.

MonkeyPost helps people discover where football happens in Nigeria, starting with Lagos and Abuja. From bookable turf to community grounds, we bring locations, landmarks and access notes together so your next game takes a little less back-and-forth.

A game starts with a place to play.

You do not always need a stadium. Sometimes two posts, a ball and the right people are enough. Managed venues offer organised facilities; community spots include open fields and informal grounds. We label them separately, with cost and permission shown as separate questions.

Clear information, honest limits.

Our starting directory uses public information from operators and the Lagos State Sports Commission. Each sourced guide links to its source and shows when we checked it. A source check is not an on-site visit, endorsement or guarantee. We only show a location verification date when that confirmation has actually happened.

Prices, hours, pitch conditions and entry rules change. Where we have not confirmed a rate or entrance, we say so. Map markers without spot coordinates show an approximate neighbourhood or city centre. Landmark and entrance notes help with the final part of the journey.

Find a spot. Share it with your people.

Browsing MonkeyPost is free. We do not take bookings, process venue payments, guarantee slots or organise games. Always confirm directly with the operator or local caretaker before travelling or paying. A free spot can still require permission; a listing does not grant entry.
